The Austin-area folks are having another of our monthly gatherings, and if you are in the area you are welcome to join us!
These meetings are announced and discussed in the LoneStarHolidays.com forum:
http://www.lone-star-holidays.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=55
We discuss xLights/Nutcracker, Falcon Pi Player, Pixels and Controllers quite a bit... we compare different solutions and bounce ideas. Our next meeting will include a make-n-take of some sort.
If you are not already a member of LSH, please join -- its free.
