Image display - Not!

I have a 35 high x 70 wide matrix.
Selected an image and resized in Paint to 35 x 35 and saved in my show directory as a JPEG.
When I select it on the matrix I see nothing but a screen full of white dots unless I make it "Zoom In" then I see it as it grows.
I actually want to show the Hat but tried the snowman but neither show

I think your picture is MUCH larger than 35x35.

The images you posted were 1133x1700. I cropped your images to ~52x35. Give them a try, hopefully they'll work a little better.

Thanks. Thought it was sized by paint but must have been too tired.
