Since xlights 4.0.0 we are tracking all issues in the github issue tracker. I haev not told you how to create a ticket.

I can tell you the developers are following the open bugs on github like hawks.
This is the best way to get our attention.
Do not worry if you open something that is not a bug, we will explain it and then you can close it if needed.
