LOR / Re: Importing a LOR sequence

Hi caniac,
I believe there was a bug in an older version that when importing it would drop a channel. What version are you using?

Yes on the layout screen when you've selected a model it should be yellow and if it's not then you may need a new graphics card as Gil mentioned. I might add also, check the brightness levels on your monitor.

Something makes me think that the value curves that you have set for brightness may be turned down. That would affect what you see in the model & house screen during playback . On the layout screen does the model have Gamma set at to 1.0 & brightness to 0?

Something else you can try is in appearance settings, increase pixel size and pixels are not transparent.

Sorry about the confusion. My question should be. How do I globally rename images?
Thanks for your fast response. Will have another look after work.

You should have been able to just globally rename all the image paths in the xml file before you opened it like we've stated a few times.  Then render/save and they work.
Hi guys. Your light shows look awesome. Can someone please point me in the right direction. I cant find the info on how to globally rename props. I have tried a few different searches. Thanks John

Hi Logan
Thanks for taking the time to share your great work.
I'm having a little trouble adding the images. I can add the PNG images and they work well. When I dd the  the Gif the image doesn't work on the models. Do I need to use the Piskel files to see movement in the images?

Cheers
John

xLights Convert / xLights/ Nutcracker to LOR
« on: June 16, 2015, 07:02:33 AM »
Hi. Really loving the new beta version, just struggling with some of the changes.

Can someone please explain the steps to convert a sequence created in xLights/Nutcraker back to LOR.
I go to the convert page of xlights and choose file but the search is looking for a *.xseq extension. I notice when sequences are saved they are saved as an xml file and doesent see it to convert to a lms file.
I actually see 4 files saved fseq, my sequence, keybindings and rgbeffects. what are these are type of files? Should I try saving as a *.xseq when using windows to read the xlight folder?

Thanks John
