I have the same transmitter and have no problem with it losing it's station memory when disconnected. I do leave it on all the time. I haven't made any cooling modifications. I do not use a timer on it but that shouldn't be a problem.

If you are talking about the green lines in your image, that is the "in transition" mark. It comes from the "Layer Blending" window.

Jim,
I just downloaded your zip file and extracted it. I opened the sequence in version 40 and changed it to a animation sequence, rendered it and it played just fine. I then added my White Christmas mp3 to it and it played fine again. Could there possibly be something with your audio file that xlights doesn't like? That's the only thing I can think of at this point. But rest assured I am no expert at this.

If you are trying to select multiple effects, the best way is to deselect all timing tracks first. Then drag in the sequence area.

I don't believe you can change the .fseq file in Xlights. You need the .xsq file to make any changes.

It is on the "Effects Grid" tab in the "Preferences" window. Click on the "Spacing" drop down.

I use windows 10 pro on my pc and haven't seen anything like that. Don't have any idea what would cause it.

Try changing the render style to "Per model default". That will probably change the way it acts.

Also, while I'm here, can FPP utilize  bluetooth to output audio?

My understanding is that there is a built in delay with bluetooth audio so it might not work well for synchronizing with lights.

If you used one long "on" effect and set the color brightness value curve to sawtooth, then set the number of cycles desired, would that give you what you are looking for. You could also set the beginning and ending brightness sliders to whatever you want.

As far as I know, your setup in xLights looks right. The only thing I question is you keep referring to zigzag. You shouldn't need to use zigzag in your controller set up in xLights or on the controller itself. I have a similar tree set up and don't use zigzag anywhere. The tree works flawlessly. You may have better luck in getting help if you post a screenshot of your controller set up in xLights and from your 6804.

I would turn off all timing tracks, then draw a selection box around the effects you want to move. Turn the appropriate timing track back on, hold down the shift key and move the effects with the right and/or left arrow keys.

Are you using the menu "File----Preferences"? Settings have been replaced by Preferences.

I think your issue is most likely in the panel setup area in fpp. I would play with the options in the Panel Interleave area.
