So excited about the conference.  Can't wait.  I will not be able to fly out due to other commitments but I have already signed up for streaming!

Lilia plans on a one hour lecture on color, movement, shapes, how to find the music phrase (she  does not use audacity). She plans an additional two hour, hands on session. She will provide two music clips 15-30 seconds each. She will explain all the concepts and the students (both webinar and in house) will sequence these. We did not have hands on time last year. I think everyone will become a little bit better at sequencing after her sessions.

I am creating agenda for both beginning (mostly sean) and advanced rooms (mostly keith and gil). Lilia will give a talk to both rooms at some point in weekend. I will be asking for any specific subjects you might want to see covered.

You are able to attend either room in any order you want. My only concern is that the rooms are 50 person and 70 person rooms. If everyone goes into one we might need to deal with that.

Agenda should be out before end of March.

We look forward to having a great weekend.

Sean I wanted to come but I suffered a stroke the end of Feb and found what it actually was the 1st part of March. I opted to get the videos instead (darn) so I have paid my $40.00 and I want Lilla's video, so when will that become available?

I did not see any new e-mail on the 13th. I am hoping to get the mad russians which is more than the $45 and pay the difference

After watching me sequence lights for 9 years, my wife just told me to register her as well for Vegas! (Don't think this would have happened before I made the switch xLights last year)

Even better is that means she'll be learning xlights with me Saturday and Sunday instead of shopping.  LOL

I will post that the email has been sent. i wont be posting the zoom link here, only the people who paid ofr the webinar will get the links.

When the links are posted you will be able to go there and verify you can see a test sequence playing. I expect the email will go out either wed or thurs of this week.

One thing I noticed is that the description in the store says both days are 9-5. Glad I just went back and read the first post as it says meet at 8:00 am and start at 8:30. I would have still been eating bacon...

See you there!

I'll be watching from home this weekend, can't wait! Do we need to download any software for the conference? I noticed on the Zoom site they have "Meeting Client" and "Zoom Rooms Client".
