I was a paid participant. I did get my sequence last night, but no link to the videos yet. Did you get a link to the videos? I thought he was still working on recovering before posting.

Same here. I have my sequence, but last I heard was an email a few days ago saying that about 1/3 of the videos had to be re-recorded. I also read (Was it in that email?) that Sean was considering releasing the videos that were OK  soon, we could start downloading them.

Yeah we re-recorded them within the first week after the conference.  I had someone at the Expo show me that one of mine was old and I know I re-recorded it.  I tried to tell Sean but it must not have been between senior moments..

For mine I think you can tell immediately by the color of my shirt.  I believe the Singing Faces one was re-recorded but still showing the older one from Vegas.  I believe I'm wearing a black shirt in the redo's.

I cannot get Sean to send me the proper links to the rerecorded videos.
He sent the old spreadsheet with bad links for the videos.
I have sent numerous pms, emails, store emails. No one will respond anymore.
I dont know how to get what I paid for. Can anyone please help me out to get them to respond? A phone #?

Any plans for a 2018 conference?

There is work being done to do one in conjunction with the Christmas Expo in July in the Dallas area.  But I have no idea if that one would be streamed.

I'm interested /  in if there is a Xlights conference. Even thinking I'd travel down under for one. It's a month after the "season" and I have so many plans and projects. A conference could really help me sort and prioritize. Any interest in forming a "Southwest" Xlights Expo?

If Dallas is not considered Southwest what is?  The big problem with expo locations is where are the vendors willing to travel.  Not an expo but I know there is some kind of group in southern Cal that meets for meet and greet sessions.  I've been to lots of 1 day minis in several states over the years.  Always enjoyable to spend time with like minded folks.

How is a "Southwest" xLights Expo different from the xLights Vegas Seminars Sean organized the last 2 years?  The reason he is trying to move it to the same week as the Expo is because many of the users that attended the seminar made that request.  They said since they attend the Expo anyways it would be easier to just buy flight tickets for one trip instead of two and just get there a couple days early.

It is surprising how often Dallas is EXPENSIVE to fly into.  We have to send customers and salesman to a manufacturing plant outside of Dallas many times a year and it's never cheap airfare.
