One thing to look for if the voltage is too high the bullets will glow with a faint red.

Kind of getting off subject here.
He's having problems with running his pixels once he connects an extension.
I think going to someplace like Harbor Freight and picking up a decent low-cost voltmeter would be in line.
You would start off by checking the voltage at the power supply to make sure that it's enough. Then you can keep on checking the voltage down the line to make sure you have enough at the pixels.

So suggesting to buy a voltmeter to measure the power supply voltage is on topic but trying to tell him how to adjust the power supply voltage is off topic...got it...LOL.

I read thru the post but not sure if anyone mentioned to lower the brightness on you Flacon to about 40% which will probably help eliminate the need to PI as well.

You can lower the brightness from the string port page when you go into the Falcon from your computer.
On the far right side of the page you'll have a column marked brightness and you can select a percentage for each output.
You really should be able to run 100 pixels 25 feet away off of one wire. If you hook up  a wire between  the beginning and end  of your  strips that's 18 gauge or better for the power only should help.  Would you be able to join the zoom meeting this upcoming Wednesday to get some help?

Zoom meeting?   Tell me more?  Is it off the internet?

I'll go and do that lower brightness thing just to get it going then ill wrk on the injection.   I went and got me a meter and this is what it says.
Pwr to Falcon = 12.23
Falcon to pig tail = 12.22
Pigtail to ext = 12.22
Ext to end of 100 pixles = 11.70(off)
                                               8.76 (on)
                                                4.92(full white)
Guess i can see the problem.  Lol
Iights will wrk with a tiny bit of flickering but when it goes full white it stays on and freezes and its done.

Now that i can see what the prob is next will b to do the eziest quickest fix .

Lowering the brightness might help you some but I don't think it'll do everything you need.
What is the voltage at the beginning of the strip with the lights on full White and the 25 foot extension connected?
If the voltage is low that means you have too much resistance and you'll need to bring in a second wire.
If you have decent voltage you should be able to run a second wire from the beginning to the end of the strips for power.

If that link doesn't get you there you can find it on the download page from xlights.
It works best if you at least have a microphone or a webcam.

9.99 full white at the end of the extension .. 4.92 full white at end of pixels is what it says.

That tells me that you're definitely going to have to bring in a second wire from the controller.

Yea... I saw the riding on the wall on that one.  Lol.
So let me see if i understand this.   I can use a wire(lets say a flat one like a lamp cord)  run it pos/neg out of the supply source along the extension to the start of the pixles and tap it into the pos/neg wires at that point.  Is that right?
