I read thru the post but not sure if anyone mentioned to lower the brightness on you Flacon to about 40% which will probably help eliminate the need to PI as well.

I did a few searches for Chroma Poles (I think thats what we are calling them ) used to be called  Belagio poles but didn't find anything. I wanted to see how people are modeling them. I was thinking just single line for as many as I wanted per pole, lets say 5 strands for an 8 Foot pole so 25 nodes per strand. I wanted to do 25 up then 25 down much like I do my Bosoyo large trees.  Can I model them the same way,  total nodes and total strands?

I used 100 pixels, 2 strings of 50. Started lower left and ran 17 per row x 5 then 12 for the star. When I use the tree model in xlights I can't get the model to show the strings properly. I've used it to set up a mega tree but that was with 14 separate strings. This is one contiguous string so not clear on how to set that in xlights. Any help would be appreciated

When the video opens under Play item you should be able to right click it and select Zoom. I will take a second but then it will go to full Screen....

In the play list select Move mode for  full screen. Set up your monitor as duplicate

Is there anyone on the xlights team that is familiar with the Xplayer window that pops up when running a MP3 or MP4 from the scheduler? I did speak with Matt Brown and Sean but neither are familiar with it ...
Let me shed more light on the subject..

I am duplicating my desktop monitor to my projector via HDMI to play MP4 videos from the scheduler. Everything seems to work great.  I have the scheduler check box set to full screen and I tested by putting a mix of songs in a playlist (MP3 and MP4)

When an MP4 is played the video plays as it should and a window pops up called the "XPLAYER" which shows the video being played. When and MP3 is being played that same "XPLAYER' window pops up showing  and audio wave bar that moves along to the beat of the music. The problem I have is since I am duplicating my monitor that audio Wave bar now shows out to my Video screen just as if its a video. I am trying to find out if I can turn that off and only have the "XPLAYER" window pop up when an MP4 plays?

I would love to be able to use Xlights to run my show but I use Video (MP4) files out to a Projector and As far as I am aware Xlights does not have that ability yet. So my suggestion would be the ability to run video if its at all possible ...

Ive tried the Rasberry Pi and although some say they have excellent audio from it I have not been quite as lucky and have attempted some of the same remedies others here have suggested but its just costing me more money than I care to spend and the audio is still awful.

I'll be sequencing my show in xlights this year but running the show from LOR as I can still play my video from LOR with no issues and the audio is fantastic.
