I do not know anything about the controllers you listed but I use xLights to program 4 LOR controllers.

I have not had any problems with mine but I would do a factory rest first if mine was having the problem.
This process is used to reset all settings set by the user on the controller. This does not reset the firmware.
Perform the following steps:
Power off your controller and wait at least 20 seconds before proceeding.
Hold down the ?Select? button. Keep holding it down while applying power to the controller.
Keep holding down the ?Select Button? until you see Status LED1 and LED2 rapidly blink together and the OLED Display will display ?Resetting Controller?
Release the ?Select Button?, the controller will reboot with the default settings.

I do something very similar to JonB256
I have two 120 second test sequences that I put in a test play list.
First one is 30sec Red, 30sec Green, 30 sec Blue, 30 sec White. This lets me see if all my colors are correct.
Second on is Red,Green,Blue,Blank bars moving to Right for 30 seconds the moving up for 30 seconds. This lets me see if props are hooked up in the right order.

« on: December 19, 2021, 07:41:29 AM »I have a megatree with a Alphapix controller I believe i have everything set up for my show but only 6 of 16 lights will work properly. Test lights will work fine, just not sure where I'm going wrong. Its a 180 tree with 16 strands with 50 lights per strip. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Does you model setup match how it is hooked up to the alphapix?

I know some of the sequence vendors have a on how to do it. xLights makes it very easy you do not even have to unzip the file any more.
I do not know anything about the alphapix but use LOR and Falcon in my set up. You do not have to use the AC controls to program AC channels. Try just dragging an on command to your channel

I will try it and see if it works for me. I have never used those features in the past since I had a model that was connected to two controllers. Thought I would try the new way and see how it works.
